CCA 55 Utensiless Cooking. Come and learn the fine art of cooking over an open fire without the use of modern cooking gear.
  56 Cooking Over An Open Fire. Do we still do this? Learn to cook over a fire without burning the food.
  57 Beginning Dutch Oven (2 hr class). This is the class for the person who is just learning how to use a dutch oven…From easy to multiple ingredient meals.
  58 Dutch Oven Breakfast (2 hr class). Want some new ideas on how to start your day? Then this is the class for you.
  59 Dutch Oven Breads (2 hr class). Think that you cannot cook bread unless you are a pro? Wrong! Come and find out how simple it really is.
  60 Advanced Dutch Oven (2 hr class). This is the class for those who want to learn a little fancier way to impress those you serve.
  61 Backpacking Foods. This is the class to make an outdoor experience fun. (No FEE)
  62 Dutch Oven Desserts (2 hr class). Desserts from simple to elaborate. This class can make you a premier dessert chef.

 

All classes that will be cooking food have a $5 charge not covered by registration.
