A Candidate Seminar. This is a 1 hr class
designed for the newly elected candidates. This class will cover
the basics and opportunities that the OA has to offer and be
taught by the Lodge Chiefs and Section Officers.
Candidates
may then select three additional classes from Native American
Culture NAC, E. Urner Goodman College EUG, or College of
Culinary Arts CCA to earn an associates degree. |

Discuss the
duties and responsibilities of chapter leadership, how to set
goals, increase membership, activity ideas, and lead a chapter
through effective communications. |

Chapter Leadership Symposium. Learn how
to be an effective Chapter leader through effective
communication including a Roundtable Discussion for Youth and
Adults on guiding and supporting the youth. |

Time Management for Youth. How to plan
and get things done on time.

and get things done on time. |

Promoting Year Round Scout Camping.
Achieving the purpose of the Order. Discussions will include
how to help scouts and units have a year round camping
experiences. Where to go camping including historic trails. |

Order of The Arrow Troop or Team
Representative. What the OA representative does
and why he
is a vital member of the troop dynamics. |

Teaching Leadership Skills Through Games.
A fun and exciting way to learn new leadership skills. This
class will reinforce great leadership. |

Planning for a Successful Event.
Discussion on what is needed to plan and execute a successful
event including how to create a 90 day plan. |

Leadership Counts for Youth. Fulfill the
purpose of the Order in developing youth leadership. This class
discusses how to be an effective youth leader – what your duties
and responsibilities as a leader needs to be.
